What is the job of a website tester?
The job of a web tester is to review a product or service and give a truthful opinion to help companies understand how to improve their products.
You may be asked to test products that are new or some that have already hit the market.
Testing can be conducted for websites, apps, services or a tech-related product.
Once you complete the test, you get to give the researcher feedback and describe ways to improve the product.
Things like, what you enjoyed about the product? What you didn’t like? Did it lack something? Is there something that needs to be improved? Is there something that does not make sense or needs improvement?
Basically, anything that will help companies and business owners, make improvements.
