Most of us have a busy daily routine, that finding the time to do anything for ourselves might be hard.
If you are on a mission to go from unhealthy to healthy, this might just be for you.
Every year I try my best to incorporate a ton of different healthy ideas into my life – lose weight, eat healthily, cut down on sugars and become more productive.
While they all sound nice to list out, putting them to action is the hard part.
Instead of trying to tackle them all at once, its best to choose 3 from the list to follow each week.
In a couple of months, you would have incorporated most of these habits in your daily routine. The important thing is to not give up.
If you think anything on the list sounds hard to achieve, pause that idea and come back to it later.
So here it is!
